Good Faith Estimate
Your rights under the No Surprises Act.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the bill for items and services.
- You can get a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including related costs like tests, prescription drugs, equipment and hospital fees.
- Make sure your provider gives you the estimate in writing at least one business day before your service or item. You can also ask for one before you schedule.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Questions
Something else on your mind? Our assistant can answer it.
Will I need an x-ray?
Not every patient does. X-rays are usually taken when there is a persistent injury or pain, or a condition such as scoliosis, osteoporosis or spinal stenosis. Your doctor will tell you after the exam.
Do you see children?
Yes. We care for patients of all ages. Dr. Chris Odom has specialized training in pediatric chiropractic, and there is a separate intake form for infants.
I was in a car accident. Should I come in?
Yes, even if you are only a little sore. Some injuries don't show up until months later. We diagnose and treat accident injuries, and there is a personal injury intake form.
Is the care drug-free?
Yes. We treat pain without exposing your body to harmful drugs, and without surgery.
Can you help with back pain during pregnancy?
Yes. Chiropractic care offers safe relief without medication, with adjustments and exercises to strengthen the pelvis and back.
Is the neuropathy screening really free?
Yes. The nerve screening is complimentary and non-invasive.
Can you come to my workplace?
Yes. The Give Back Screening brings a free meal and a free spinal screening for each attendee, and the Give Back Lunch and Learn is a free, catered talk for businesses of any size.
